Location:
This beautiful and scenic game and guest farm is situated in the Klein Karoo, near the town of Uniondale. The Baviaanskloof Mega Reserve, which is a World Heritage Site, is nearby.
Description:
This farm has 8 title deeds.
The farm consists of 1200 ha of dry land with Smutsfinger and canola and 1080 ha of Karooveld. 400 ha of mountains on the northern side consists of thorn trees, rooigras and Karooveld.
The farm has a wide variety of wild life, and abundance of bird life and a variety of indigenous fynbos (flora), including proteas.
The carrying capacity is 1-2 small stock units per ha.
Water:
1 windmill pumped into reservoirs, 2 fountains and 2 dams.
Power:

Fencing:
Camps have jackal proof fencing.
Roads:
Roads are in good condition and are accessible by car.
Game:
20 springbuck with a black ram in one camp and 20 springbuck with a white ram in second camp.

Guest house:
There is a beautiful restored farmstead (300sqm) equipped with modern amenities. The house comprises:

- yellow wood ceilings
- underfloor heating
About 8 hunting groups visit the farm each year, and the guest house also has other regular guests, as it is situated on the Baviaanskloof/Patensie route.
Camping area:
For those who prefer to get away from it all, there is a campsite on a remote part of the farm. The campsite is an old abandoned "klipkraal", and there are numerous examples of San rock art nearby. There are no ablution facilities.
Activities:
On the farm there are numerous farm tracks suitable for 4x4's, 2x4's, quad bikes, off-road motor cycles, mountain bikes and hiking. The difficulty level of the tracks have been graded. As the farm houses an American Saddle Horse Stud there are ample horses for expereinced riders to use.
