The reserve is located about 3 km east of Seaview and approximately 15 km west of the Port Elizabeth airport.

Description:
The development area is 100 hectares in size and forms part of a larger surrounding conservancy initiative.This property situated in a private nature reserve has majestic views of the Indian Ocean and is silhouetted against the backdrop of the largest fresh water lake in Port Elizabeth and an abundance of fauna. This property, close to unspoilt beaches offers a lifestyle for those who yearn to be re-united with nature.

To maximise privacy and to sustain exclusivity, only 73 residential sites are being established, varying in size between 3150 m² and 5450 m².
