Location:
This private game farm is situated 27km from the beautiful and friendly
seaside town of Port Alfred, which is a popular holiday destination. Port Alfred is located almost halfway between the coastal cities of Port Elizabeth and East London, on a stretch of the coast which is known as the Sunshine Coast.

This farm consists of pristine valley bushveld, and is surrounded by the fresh water of the Kowie River. It also borders on a state forest.

Description:
This property is completely game fenced, and totally secure. Eskom electricity is available, and there is ample water- from the river, boreholes and a dam.

The most recent game count is ZAR 3.5 million worth of game on the farm- kudu, waterbuck, impala, nyala, bushbuck, duiker, otter, lynx, leopard, bush pigs, baboon, vervet monkey, giraffe, zebra and wildebest will be added soon.
There is also incredible bird life on the farm.

A lodge is being built on the farm. Shareholders will have the right to use this lodge free of charge, until they build their own eco-friendly homes. Homes to be built will be a maximum of 200mē, and will be built in the Okavango style of wood, stone and thatch.

The reserve will be run by a body corporate, chosen by the shareholders. A monthly levy will cover manager's salary and maintenance. A small income may be made from the annual capture of game, when necessary.

Simple rules will ensure harmonious living- no domestic animals, no staff, no motor bikes, no internal fences and no hunting.

This is an ideal opportunity to buy into a lifestyle that offers peace and tranquility amidst the African busveld.
