Description:
The farm is well developed for the tourism business and also caters for business travellers. It offers accommodation, wedding and conference venue, hunting and the farming of sheep and olives.  The farm buildings are very much above average compared to anywhere else in the Karoo.

Facilities:
Main residence:
The main house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a lounge and dining room, modern kitchen with scullery and pantry, entrance hall, 2 patios and plunge pool.  The main residence is made of plastered brick and has a corrugated iron roof.  (264sqm)

Old farm house:
Beautiful restored typical Karoo house with plastered brick walls, corrugated iron roof, wooden floors (including yellowwood), part yellowwood ceilings. 
Consists of reception office, bar, lounge and dining room area, kitchen with scullery, toilet with basin, en-suite bedroom, 2 store rooms and veranda.  The dining room also doubles as a small conference room.  (340sqm)

Flatlet:
There is a three bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, each with shower and toilet.  The flat also has its own small but modern kitchen and lounge area. (190sqm)

Chalets:
The farm is well developed for the tourist business and was awarded 4 stars by the Star Grading Council Of SA for accommodation facilities. There are:
- 7 luxury self - catering chalets, fully equipped, each with two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Chalets have DSTV and air conditioning / heating. (63sqm each)
- 5 suites with bathrooms en suite, with air conditioning DSTV, queen size bed as well as one single bed in a nook.  (154sqm each)
With an current average occupancy rate of 65%, the chalets could generate an income of approximately R2 million per year, excluding profits made from functions, weddings and conferences. 
Conferences and hunting generates an income of approximately R100 000 per year. 

Lapa:
Thatched open air lapa (63sqm) with braai area and swimming pool.

Domestic Quarters:
16sqm plastered brick building with toilet. Corrugated iron roof. 

Store room:
Open store area (63sqm) with roof, used for cool room.

2 Sheds:
The sheds are magnificent and consist of one of 355sqm another of 740sqm shed.

Workshop (209sqm) with pit and tool room.  Plastered brick walls and IBR roofing.

Double garage (49sqm) with asbestos roof and plastered brick walls. 

Sheep:
The farm is divided into 7 camps, which all have water provided by means of dams, windmills and solar pumps.
Veld is sweet with a fair amount of river veld. Carrying capacity is about 6ha/ SSU.
Lambs are finished off the veld at about 5-6 months of age.
There are more than adequate stock handling facilities.
At present, the farm has approximately 530 Dorper, Damarra and Meatmaster ewes.
The farm should carry about 650 ewes, which could produce an income of approximately R351 000.

Olives:
Approximately 5500 trees, 8 - 11 year old trees are the Mission variety with some Frantoio for cross pollination. Irrigation is by means of micro spitters. Three boreholes do 2000 trees each. Trees are looking to do well and Karoo olives  have a unique taste due to the lime and other nutrients in the soil. The Olives have the potential to realize huge profits.

All products are bar coded.

At present the farm produces olive oil, olives in brine, black and green olives, olive paste, olive jam and olive chutney.

Although income depends on yield and price, it is estimated that an income of:
- R10/kg for fresh olives;
- R90/L for olive oil (1L bottles), or R45/L (bulk)
- R40-R70/kg for processed olives in brine.

In 2005, the income derived from olives totalled R467 000.  Since then, the olive farming has thrived, producing over 74 tons of olives and expanding new and useful markets.  It is estimated that this olive farm could produce 137 tons of olives, which will yield an income of approximately R1.4 million.

Game:

4) Kudu are not fenced and come and go.
5) 11 Gemsbok
There is also a lot of small game like duiker, steenbok, tortoises etc.

Grazing presently also supports 350 Dorper ewes

Labour:
There are no labourers residing on the farm.  All labourers come in from town as needed. 

Power:
Power is mainly supplied by Eskom.
The farm also has 5 transformers.
