Description:

Pastures:
150ha planted to Smuts Vinger grass and Star grass
Fencing:
- 8 Camps all with water
- Fencing is in a good condition for stock
- 1 side of the farm is game fenced

Water:
- 4 boreholes, of which 2 are in operation.
- Both fitted with submersible pumps. 
- Each delivers 900L per hour and 2000L per hour respectively.
- 3 earth dams that rely on rainfall runoff
- Average annual rainfall of 600mm.

Homestead:
There is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homestead with open plan living area and separate kitchen with scullery and pantry.  The house further boasts a large stoep and braai area.

Livestock:
- At present, there are 150 heifers grazing on the farm.  These are on a grazing contract. 
- A boiler facility processes 3000 chickens every 4 weeks.

Farming Facilities:
The farm has a freezer/coldroom as well as numerous deep freezers and equipment needed for the processing of chickens. 
The cattle handling facilities are in good order. 
The pig sties are able to accommodate 120 pigs in 16 pens. 
The chicken runs are able to accommodate 6000 chickens at any one time.

The grazing contract brings in approximately R18 000 per month, while the chicken and pig production is also a good source of income.
