This game farm is situated near Addo, in the scenic Sundays River Valley of the Eastern Cape. It is 55 km north of the city of Port Elizabeth (on the R335), and 17 km from the famous Addo Elephant National Park.

The grasslands support a high number of game, such as kudu, bush buck, duiker, Cape gryskop, steenbok, guinea fowl and porcupine.
Hunting:
Limited and selected trophy hunting opportunities exist annually as part of the game management program.
Water:
Domestic water and household water is rain water, stored in tanks with a storing capacity of 75,000 lites. Four pressure pump systems are used to ensure adequate pressure to all units and buildings. 2 ground dams in the middle of the property provide water for the game.
Electricity:
Eskom, 240 volt, single phase (convertible to 3-phase at the pole).
Buildings:
The main complex comprises a well-equipped office and a fully serviced and air-conditioned conference room equipped with a sound system. The lapa and braai area includes a bar, pool room, table tennis and darts.
The guest accommodation is self-catering, consisting of 8 house tents sleeping a maximum of 4 people each, and 6 chalets sleeping 2 per unit. All tents and chalets have en suite bathrooms, and are private. The total bed capacity of the complex is 44.
The farm includes a fully equipped slaughter and meat processing facility (butchery), as well as a fully equipped walk-in cold room. There is also a double workshop.
Staff accommodation consists of a 1 bedroom flat with en suite bathroom, lounge and kitchenette, and a double room, also en suite.
Weekly paid staff have their own complex, consisting of a double room, a 3 roomed unit (bedroom, TV room and kitchen) and 3 single rooms with shared ablution facilities.
